Fees for Services
John’s fees are based on the specific type of assistance your case will require. Most services are billed as flat fees—rather than hourly billing—so you have a better idea of your final costs for representation. However, your actual fee will depend on how many separate small services your case requires.
How It Works.
If you want John’s help to file a visa petition for a family member and then complete the paperwork for your family member’s interview at the consulate, you will have to add the fees for the petition and the consular paperwork together to get an idea of your total costs. If your family member needs a waiver of inadmissibility, you would have to add John’s fee for that service too.
John’s fees do not include the filing fees that you must pay to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services or the consulate, and other costs associated with a typical immigration case. Other costs include government filing fees, professional interpretation or document translation, investigation, photocopying, express or certified mail costs, international telephone calls, and travel outside of Southern California
