Fees for Services
| Typical Fees | |||
| Fees indicated on this site represent what John usually charges in a certain type of case. Your fees may be different, because the exact fee to be charged depends on the particular facts of your case. This chart is meant only to give an approximate idea of the fee you might be charged; it is not a guarantee of a particular fee for service in your case. The fees to be charged in your case will be clearly set out in a written contract for your review and consent once John has studied your case and before he begins work on your case.

| Asylum |
| John’s fees vary greatly for asylum cases, depending on the complexity of the case and the resources of the asylum applicant. There is no “typical” asylum case or fee. Most cases will exceed $3,500 in fees and may be significantly more expensive. John does represent some asylum applicants free of charge where the person’s circumstances are exceptionally desperate and his time and resources permit.
